ThreeA 3A Ashley Wood WWRp DAYWATCH Heavy Bramble MK2.5

First of all, there was a little confusion going on when Ashley Wood claim that an MK3 Bramble was ready... wait a minute, wasn't Heavy Bramble (HB) already an MK3? At least it was printed on the box as such. But things were cleared up that HB is actually MK2.5. Versions...
Anyway, here is another San Diego Comic Convention (SDCC) 2011 exclusive from IDW. I definitely wasn't able to attend but I wanted this one after scoring the NW version (so lucky!) @ Bambalandstore. So I headed to eBay trying to snag one. Won a free bidding with a local seller but alas! That fella refuses to sell quoting "technical issues" and need to re-list the item. I wasn't sure what the heck he is talking about but even a fool can guess that the ending bid price was too low for his comfort. You get all sorts of people at eBay throwing away some integrity for that few bucks... what a sad sad being. Anyway, I go at it again and won it a few bucks cheaper from another seller... but had to pay shipment. Not an issue for me. In the end, paid about 2.5 times it's original price but I'm happy to finally get it.

You may already be asking - where the heck is the rocket launcher? Well, no point posting pictures of a stock product that everyone had seen one way or another before right? Looking around my little arsenal, found these pistol lying around and does a little fitting onto HB's hand and it fits perfectly. Scale wise also pretty close. Hence I carried out the repainting of them (Original color : 1 in Black and 1 in Gold). I have to scrapped off the embossing "Made in China" and sand the area down before applying the white paint. Weathering was with Tamiya's acrylic Light Sea Grey.
Twin pistol totting Bramble is cool to be had. That's probably why Euro Bramble was so popular for it's twin pistol.
There is already announcement that more Heavy Brambles colorway will make it's way to WWRp scale. Good news for many but I'd have enough of them. One more Bromwich on order and I'm done deal unless there is a EMGY to be made. On to Bromwich!
