ThreeA 3A Ashley Wood WWRp Damn Large Martin & Large Martin Desert 666th

The first Large Martin type I own and the only ones. Martin is the least favorite of all the existing Bot design probably because they have no fingers thus limiting the posing possibilities a little. Nevertheless, still hunt down a sample for keep sake and at that time, Desert 666th is one of my favorite colorway. I thought what the heck, just collect 1 sample of each - Large Martin and Damn Large Martin. Arguably one of the cheapest 3A product in the secondary market and I got these at very very reasonable price... maybe even lower than retail.
First up, the Damn Large Martin (DLM). Typify with a twin cannon and a slightly different design faceplate. The rest of it is the same as it's single cannon cousin. The Desert 666th DLM is not sold singularly but in a Large Martin 3 Pack C which consist of another colorway Large Martin and RPG Bramble MK2.
The set I got had sturdy joints hence I can pose it standing on one feet in a running stance. Pretty impressed by it in this department. But the bot design just doesn't grow on me.
Next up is the Large Martin (LM). It is amazing on how bare and simple it look when I took away those 2 pouches. However, simplicity is beauty. So I actually like it better without the pouches. Maybe the pouches can be used for some of my 1/6 kitbashes.
This LM came in the retailer assortment. Got it via ABC@eBay with free shipment. Very good price. It share almost 85% similarity to the DLM so getting it is purely for completing the versions sake.
I wonder will Ashley Wood make a version 2 or something and give it articulated fingers. I believe they'll definitely sell much much better with it.
