"Oonta goota, Solo?"
[Going somewhere, Solo?]
"Yes, Greedo, as a matter of fact I was just going to see your boss. Tell Jabba that I've got his money."
"Somepeetchalay. Vara trahm ne tach vakee cheetha. Jabba wanin cheeco-wa rush anye katanye wanaruska, heh heh heh. Chas kin yanee ke chusoo."
[It's too late, you should have paid him when you had the chance. Jabba's put a price on your head so large every bounty hunter in the galaxy will be looking for you. I'm lucky I found you first.]
"Yeah but this time I've got the money"
"Enjaya kul a intekun kuthuow."
[If you give it to me, I might forget I found you.]
"I don't have it with me. Tell Jabba--"
"Tens hikikne. Hoko ruya pulyana oolwan spa steeka gush shuku ponoma three pe."
[Jabba's through with you. He has no time for smugglers who drop their shipments at the first sign of an Imperial cruiser.]
"Even I get boarded sometimes. Do you think I had a choice?"
"Tlok Jabba. Boopa goompah-kne et an anpaw."
[You can tell that to Jabba. He may only take your ship.]
"Over my dead body."
"Ukle nyuma. cheskopokuta klees ka tlanko ... ya oska."
[That's the idea. I've been looking forward to this for a long time.]
"Yes, I'll bet you have"

From Wookieepedia Fandom :
Greedo was a male Rodian bounty hunter who grew up on Tatooine in Mos Espa. During the Clone Wars, he was hired by the Trade Federation to kidnap Chi Eekway Papanoida and Che Amanwe Papanoida, the daughters of Chairman Papanoida, but was forced by the chairman to lead him and his son Ion to them. He was occasionally hired by crime lord Jabba the Hutt for various mercenary jobs, including the capture of Han Solo, who killed the luckless Rodian.
I have a love affair with Greedo but wasn't very sure why and when it started. There is something about this little green face that attracts me. It's textured skin gives it a reptile like feel but the pointed mount (or snout) and the protruded eyes have marine type feature. Pointed ears and secondary like ears on top of the head completes a believable alien look.
That jade green suit with subtle sand band running along the arms to the legs is an excellent combination. All deck out for a Saturday night out to the disco. It also echo out how incompetent this bounty hunter was. The character ticks all the box.
Now a quick run through of the categories.
Design - 3/5
Greedo has a standard human body structure. There is really not anything new here that are also on hundreds other black series figures. But due to what this character wears, realism will have to give way to posing as the sand band along the arms and legs will not be able to line up in sync when a certain pose are struck. But don't think there is a way out of this unless a cloth garb is made. So this figure are suited for having cloth clothing actually. Isn't the designer fault, economical reasons more so. But overall a well design figure with no major flaws.
Articulation - 3/5
Ball jointed head, rocker ankles, slight articulated torso - are about the highlight of this figure. And so is for hundreds other black series figures. Elbow can only raise to a 90° angle. Wish it can go up a bit more. A nit pick right there.
This figure have what it need to have, nothing more, nothing less.
Sculpting - 4.5/5
Head is sculpted with very good details especially the textured skins, the little "ears" on top of the head and the "mohawk" spikes running along the head. Gun holding hands also sculpted nicely given it's unusually long "fingers". High points in these 2 areas.
The rest of the sculpting is standard and is within the expectations.
Painting - 2.5/5
The head looks just like straight out of the mold, painted the eyes and pop into the body ready to go. I've seen actual picture of Greedo and indeed it doesn't have much of a shades on it's skin. But it will be perfect if some subtle paint of just very slightly lighter green shade be dry brushed onto the head. There is none.
2nd peeve being the caramel jacket can do a little wash to make the details pop. Again it is like straight out from the mold onto the figure.
The rest are there and are expected to be there.
A bad or lackluster paint job does the sculptor a disservice. This is one of the case here.
Accessories - 3/5
This is the least important category for me in action figure collection. But what is essential to the figure will still need to be available and be proper and usable. That is the basis of scoring for this category.
Greedo came with his pea shot (probably not calibrated and not serviced). This is all his worldly possession and it is here. If the removable jacket and belt holster is consider an accessory, well then let it be. But I don't think anyone will remove these 2 items for display so it is a moot point actually.
Higher score be given if a cantina chair is included or a drinking glass. One can be greedy can't we?
Summary
This is one of those figure which doesn't have any specific stand out point. Breaking it down and score it category by category will reap mediocre results as it shows here. It is the whole figure as one that attracts and that shine. End of the day, it is if you like the figure, buy it. Greedo is definitely in the "buy it! buy it!" category.
Got my first Black Series Greedo carded at Shopee at a really attractive price. It came with proper packaging and the card are largely in good condition given a few small tiny dings here and there. I never got around opening it.
Another lose piece at Carousell and I thought, lets buy that so I can keep my carded one... well... carded. So here you have the star of this input is the one I got lose, which is also from the 50th Anniversay carded version.

Again, I want a 1/6 version. Hasbro does one which can still be bought today at about $50-ish. It is the usual kiddy looking with garb a serious collectors will never agree. Sideshow does one, which in my opinion, and by today's standard, it is sub par. But secondary market price is scary. One at Carousell now asking for $700.
While waiting, and hoping, for another 1/6 opportunity, I sought solace in first owning a 1/12 scale version. Hope I don't have to wait too long more.
