Star Wars Black Series 6" Luke Skywalker Snowspeeder Pilot

Luke Skywalker doesn't need any further introduction. Anyone who know about Star Wars will know who this guy is. This entry shows him in a Snowspeeder Pilot gear that appeared in The Empire Strikes Back (ESB). To me, this is THE BEST Star Wars film from the series. It premiers in 1980 and it is timeless.
Through the Original Trilogy, Luke appeared in many different gear up and ESB has the most signatures contain in a single movie. Hoth gear, Pilot gear, Jedi Training gear and Bespin gear are all classic and sought after by SW merchandise collectors.
Here I have a Hasbro 6" Black Series incarnation. I prefer this over the X-Wing pilot gear up as the winter jacket puff up the scrawny stature of Mark Hamill. Makes the overall figure more balance with a little "weight" to it.

Posing is not that great on this figure (or any other Black Series 6" figures) due to stiff ratcheted joints restricted it to a few position.
Accessory wise, there is the lightsaber (including the blue beam) and the helmet - if you consider that an accessory. A grappling hook will be welcome though but there is none. And a blaster pistol should add to the playability even though it is not used in the movie.

In conclusion, I bought this figure because I like the overall design of this gear up and I am happy with what I got. There is also a 3.75" version in my collection. Sideshow came out with a 12" version but nobody is bringing in Sideshow 12" figures to Singapore anymore therefore really hard to find one to be had. Secondly, the price is over the top, over my line. Always a collecting pain spot for me. Luckily Hot Toys came to the rescue last year by announcing its version - which is in my price range (although slightly above my ceiling), it was promptly POed. I believe this will be the last train for sure.
