Kre-O Transformers 38771 Street Showdown, Decepticons Knock Out

Decepticons Knock Out came together with Wheeljack as a twin pack. Part of the 2nd Transformers series released by Kre-O. Knock Out has a very nice headsculpt but as with the other Kre-O Transformers, the head part was made from vinyl / rubbery type material and it compromises the details a little. And it wasn't help by Hasbro's one dimensional painting apps on the heads.

Knock Out suffer the same long neck syndrome of Wheeljack and as it is, I reworked the shoulder part a little. And moved the wheels from the arms to the back of the neck just like how it was located on Transformers Prime Knock Out. The rework isn't as extensive as what I have done with Wheeljack but it looks much better now. Still would love to add something to its teeny skinny thighs.

The mid torso ball joints is a brilliant design move by the Hasbro Kre-O design team. Hope to see this as a main stay moving forward for future Transformers Series (if there is... I hope). It has enable the bot model to balance and to find its CG to make this kungfu kick. Absolutely love it.

This is how tall Knock Out stood. Another mid size bot which I think is the perfect size for playability.

This is how Knock Out looks like straight out of the instructions. The back plate behind the head is just an eyesore. Don't you think it looks tons better with the wheels behind?
